Power Naps

You should take a nap (siesta, cat nap) everyday. It stops the stressing process and even reduces it. This way, at the end of the day, the accumulated stress will lower otherwise would be. Many successful people use to have a daily nap. Winston Churchill said: “You must sleep sometime between lunch and dinner, and no halfway measures. Take off your clothes and get into bed. That’s what I always do. Don’t think you will be doing less work because you sleep during the day. That’s a foolish notion held by people who have no imaginations. You will be able to accomplish more. You get two days in one — well, at least one and a half.”

Power Naps - What Most People Don’t Know About Naps

By Kacper Postawski

One of the biggest questions I get asked all the time is “Are naps good for you? Or bad? I’ve heard both sides of the story.” I’d like to settle this argument once and for all right here, and reveal to you how you can properly manage your sleep to create an abundance of energy in your life, with LESS sleep.

Yes, naps are VERY good for you, IF you understand how the sleep system works, and you know how to nap PROPERLY.In my “Powerful Sleep” course I teach people how to properly understand their sleep system, circadian rhythm, light exposure, and how it affects their inner sleep system. While we can’t get in this article, here’s what is true:

Most people don’t realize that sleep is actually quite a complex and fascinating inner system. When we’re sleeping, we’re not just dead zombies off in an unknown universe. Your inner sleep system is a mechanism which follows specific time periods and stages to energize your body.

So how do you nap properly?

You take what are commonly referred to as “Power Naps”, or what I usually refer to as “Stage 2 limited naps.”

You see, when you sleep you go through what are called “sleep stages”, there are 5 stages in total.  The first two stages, Stage 1 and 2 are your “Light Sleep”. It’s during this stage that we sleep “lightly”, we are easily wakable, and our circadian rhythm isn’t altered enough to create a disturbance in the sleep system.

The Energizing effects of Stage 1 and 2 sleeps are very beneficial, just 10 minutes of sleeping in these stages can restore your energy to the point where you feel as if you slept for 8 hours.

However, why do most people do more HARM than GOOD to themselves by napping?

It’s simple, they don’t know about “deep sleep.” Deep sleep comprises of all the other sleep stages. It’s during deep sleep that your body undergoes a MASSIVE physiological change, your body temperature, heart rate, respiration drops. Your blood vessels dilate and all the blood that is usually stored in your main organs during the day is channeled to your muscles to repair them.

If you enter deep sleep during the day, your circadian rhythm, and your “inner sleep clock” (see link below for details) will be altered and out of wack, often resulting in an in-balanced, weak sleep system and lower energy levels all together.

For an average person it takes about 45-90 minutes to enter “deep sleep”, this is why for an effective nap you MUST keep your nap down to a MAXIMUM of 45 minutes. Even 45 minutes is sometimes too much. The most energizing naps are usually 10 to 20 minutes long.

If your naps last too long, you will enter deep sleep. Waking up from a deep sleep phase is more harmful to your sleep system and your energy levels than good! You will often feel lethargic, low on energy, and in that “zombie” state of mind.

If you use naps properly, you can boost your energy levels drastically, and lower your sleep time down drastically.

However, there are still two vital things you must know about napping in order to make them super effective during your day, so that you’re capable of lowering your sleep, and boosting your energy.

1. You must know exactly what the best time during the day is to take your nap.

2. You must know what to do AFTER your nap to speed up your body temperature rise.

Both these sleep secrets are exposed in the Powerful Sleep package, download it today at www.PowerfulSleep.com.

Failure Is a Part of Leadership

If you are worried by occasional failures while acting as a leader, please read the following article written by Bryant Nielson. Being an expert in leadership skills and leadership training, he knows the potential effects of inevitable failures.

Failure Is a Part of Leadership

By Bryant Nielson

Failure as a leader is inevitable. But there are four ways that failure can enhance your skills as a leader.

Thomas Watson, the founder of IBM, once said, “That’s where success lies - on the far side of failure.” Leaders must anticipate and tolerate failure - it’s a subject no one wants to talk about. Certainly most leaders try their best to avoid it, but the best leaders are formed and tempered by failure along the way. There are several ways that failure enhances leadership.

One of the most obvious ways failure enhances leadership is that you learn from it - if you allow yourself. There are corporate and political leaders who absolutely will not admit when an idea or process has failed. But the ones who do admit it tend to take the lessons learned, apply them, and make a success the next time. Think about learning - as a leader, your learning process should last a lifetime. This doesn’t necessarily restrict itself to learning from mentors, peers, or classrooms. John F. Kennedy said that “leadership and learning are indispensable to each other”. So what happens when you make a mistake that leads to failure? First, you learn from the experience. You can look at the entire process, procedure, or idea to find the nuts and bolts that went wrong. Second, you learn from others - the ones who were involved to begin with. Listen to the people who watched the idea fail - they’ll respect you more and you’ll have great ideas about what not to do the next time. Third, you’ll have a learning experience that will help you with your long-term view.

Failure as a leader allows you to measure your own strength and your own limitations. One of the biggest questions a leader asks him or herself is, “when do I draw the line and admit that I’m wrong, that this idea has failed?” Obviously, the answer to this question depends on each individual and situation, but each failure allows you to “fine tune” your point of admission. Consider the fact that failure may be in degrees - the first failure could be of the greatest degree, but if you’ve learned, the next failure may be of a more minor degree. When it comes to measuring strength, Jack Welch is a proponent of the stretch: “Boundaryless people…have an absolute infinite capacity to improve everything.” As a leader, your failure could mean that you give a team another chance to meet the goal - everyone involved knows the risks, the limits, and the lessons learned. In this way, failure creates a greater framework to accomplish fantastic goals.

Leaders must persist in generating ideas, change, and motivation. Failure at any time teaches persistence. Silent movie star Mary Pickford once said, “What we call failure is not the falling down, but the staying down”. Leaders can live by this quotation. It’s easy to lose your confidence and doubt your leadership ability after failure but again, you must anticipate failure. It’s not a matter of “if” you’ll fail, but actually “when” you’ll fail. So if you fall, you simply cannot stay down - it’s time to admit a mistake, pick yourself up, and keep moving. One of your biggest duties as a leader is to advocate and create change. A failure can only become a change if you’re persistent about it, if you consistently try to make the change happen in the face of failure. Turn persistence to the people you lead - by staying with an issue, you’ll probably be able to empower your teams a little more each time. You learn from mistakes, you measure your “stretch” for the next attempt, and you set a larger framework for the team. In this sense, failure creates persistence, which, in turn creates empowerment. For the leader, this is a win-win situation.

Failure as a leader should keep you humble. Humility has often been seen as a weakness in a leader. But think about how humility can be used as a valuable tool: leaders who are not humble may end up letting the grandeur of their own position block their view of what’s actually going on. A big head can lead to further bad decisions, so if you’ve already learned when to say you’ve failed, step back and be humble about it. On the other hand, humility will help you downplay your own role in success and allow the team to take credit for a job well done. Another benefit of humility is that you learn to listen. Part of Welch’s strategy at General Electric was the “Work Out” concept, in which business units were able to go through a problem solving session without their managers and supervisors. The “Work Out” concept arose from the fact that Welch insisted that leaders listen to the folks who were doing the job. If you’ve learned humility as a leader, you know that you don’t have all the answers. You don’t react badly when someone tells you things you didn’t know - you thank them for providing new knowledge and assure them that their input will be used. Being humble also means that you can insert your knowledge and wisdom into your conversations without letting your team feel stupid or undervalued. When you fail, remember humility and keep it with you as you move forward - your humble attitude will boost your presence as a leader.

There is no need to fear failure as a leader. Your fear will only make you risk-averse and afraid to speak up. If you fear failure, you won’t learn from it. Remember that failure is a learning experience, it helps you measure your strengths, it teaches persistence, and it keeps you humble. Anticipate your own failure and tolerate the failure of others. If you keep these things in mind, failure will be, in the words of John Keats, your “highway to success.”

You can enjoy classical music

When talking about classical music it appears an obvious question: How to listen to classical music? Listening to classical music is the same than listening to popular music. You do it because you enjoy it. It is not a task to accomplish. It is a pleasure.

So, don’t worry, there is no unique way of listening to classical music. However, I suggest you to consider some issues.

It has been shown that music has therapeutic effects. Perhaps you have heard about Music Therapy. Well, according to the American Music Therapy Association, “Music Therapy is an established healthcare profession that uses music to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals of all ages”.

I am not suggesting that you go to a music therapist or to listen to classical music for healing purposes. I just want to stress the potential of music and note that you can select the music to be heard depending on both, the pleasure of listening to it and the effects it will cause on you.

I strongly recommend to listening to classical music when it is important to receive relaxing or concentrating stimulus.

For instance, while driving to work, I prefer to listen to classical music. In such case I want to receive a relaxing stimulus so I can reduce my stress and my aggressive attitudes. Sometimes I like so much the piece being played so I want to reduce the speed to delay my arrival and have enough time to listen to the whole piece. Tune to your local classical music station.

If I want to read or to concentrate in the search of a solution to any problem, I like to listen to quiet classical pieces. Some of them may be even a little boring, but they help me to get concentrated.

I like to have music as a background while working or during formal meetings. In this way I cannot listen to many soft noises that will otherwise distract me. You can find over a hundred online classical music radio stations with live streaming music in Classical Live Online Radio.

When I am tired, I enjoy sitting in a rocking chair and just listen. If I am not so tired, I love to close my eyes and play with images as listening to the music. The images may be abstract or have sense. Try this for five or ten minutes and you can get a wonderful experience. It is as if you were viewing your own version of Walt Disney’s Fantasy movie.

So, don’t worry about how to listen to classical music. There is no correct way. You can listen to it in many ways. Choose the one that you like the most. Take also into account the kind of stimulus it offers you.

Three Teachers from “The Secret” Come Together to Teach the Science of Getting Rich

The Science of Getting Rich is a timeless classic written in 1910 by Wallace D. Wattles. It is a bold title for a book and suggests that getting rich is a predictable outcome if one can master the principles outlined in the book. Here is how Wallace D. Wattles puts it in his own words, “The ownership of money and property comes as a result of doing things in a certain way. Those who do things in this certain way, whether on purpose or accidentally, get rich. Those who do not do things in this certain way, no matter how hard they work or how able they are, remain poor. It is a natural law that like causes always produce like effects. Therefore, any man or woman who learns to do things in this certain way will infallibly get rich.”

Certainly, this book is well referenced by many of the great teachers today and it is the same book that inspired Rhonda Byrne to produce that runaway success “the Secret”. Here is what Rhonda Byrne said on her introductory note to the book, “I can honestly say that, since that first night when a tattered printed manuscript found its way to me (thanks to one of my daughters), my life has never been the same. Once you read it for yourself, you will understand why”. Rhonda went on to produce the movie “the Secret” and the best-selling book of the same title which has sold millions of copies worldwide.

However, learning how to do things in that “certain way” as described by Wallace D. Wattles may be more challenging for some as the book was written nearly 100 years ago. Some of the language is a little dated and much of its wisdom lost from a modern day perspective.

Fortunately, a new training seminar for the Science of Getting Rich has brought the wisdom of this timeless classic back to life for modern readers. Called “The Science of Getting Rich“, this program is the most comprehensive training system for mastering Wallace D. Wattles wealth creation philosophies and principles since its creation. It comprises written, audio and live seminar formats for learning, applying and mastering the Science of Getting Rich

A unique “twist” to the program is the fact that it has an in-built vehicle for creating substantial financial wealth through its affiliate program. This is truly a unique wealth eduction and wealth building program designed to empower any individual with the resources to get rich. It is a program whose time has come. The program would not be possible without the original text from Wallace D. Wattles, the skills of leading teachers of our time, the phenomenal success of “the Secret” and the Internet as a learning and distribution tool.

What is Meditation?

Meditation is a state that is experienced when the mind is free of all thoughts. It consists on lucidly climbing the consciousness ladder.

There are several meditation techniques: Buddhist, Christian, Gnostic, Hindu, Jewish, Moslem, Taoist, Transcendental, Zen, etc.

Meditation takes you to a quiet serenity. It gives you mental balance, interior calm, quietness of soul, wisdom and intense interior joy.

The objective of meditation is to harmonically join the superior and inferior levels. Meditation leads you to develop the superior capacities of your spirit.

The last goal is to join the different vehicles of conscience in a unique flow of spiritual forces. You become master in the art (or science) of living.

It gives you a profound relaxation and, at the same time, a state of psychic awakening.

Cardiac rhythm and respiration slow down. Changes in your body are so positive.

The meditation practitioner usually has feelings of calm and peace. At the same time he can experiment moments of great joy. The calm, peace and joy reached during meditation gradually extend to other moments and finally can be present during the whole day.

Meditating is an easy exercise. With a few simple steps you can get this wonderful experience. There are even guided meditations. My advice is to start now.

The best posture to meditate is sitting comfortable, either on a chair or on the floor. Head and back are kept straight and in alignment. Hands can comfortably rest on the knees.

It is important to get a posture than allows you to be quiet during long periods of time. Otherwise you can get anxious and put your attention in the discomfort.

At the beginning mind will wander uncontrolled, but with some practice you will get more and more control on your thoughts and focus on what you want to focus. A relaxing music can help.

Dawn, noon and dusk are the best time to practice meditation. But if you can not meditate at this time, it is preferable to meditate in other moment than forget about meditation.

Some practitioners groups arrange to meditate at the same time in order to enrich the experience. In some way they get connected with each other during the meditation and benefits for themselves and for the community are greater.

Constancy is essential to maximize the benefits of meditation. Five minutes daily is better than twenty minutes every three days.

When you are in meditation your whole being is participating in an inward journey.

Even though meditation con seem new for Occident, meditating has been a regular Christian practice. The psalms have been an excellent vehicle for a good meditation; because meditation is a way to meet God.

It is “jam-packed” with easy and simple golf drills, strategies and advice that will quickly improve your distance, accuracy and handicap.

I know that today Jack is including a special bonus called “25 Lessons To Improve Your Game Immediately” plus 3 other bonuses, but I’m not sure how long they’ll last.

Legal Methods to Avoid Foreclosure

We are used to know about foreclosure listings o about foreclosure auctions. There are always people that can’t pay their properties. Behind any of these cases there is a story, most of the times a sad story. And some times there could have been an opportunity to avoid foreclosure or to stop the foreclosure process.

Read carefully the following article.

Legal Methods to Avoid Foreclosure

By Nick Adama

It is no secret that large mortgage lenders and mortgage servicing companies function more like enormous government bureaucracies than anything else. In such environments, mistakes are bound to occur, either by fraud or incompetence. Homeowners who have had foreclosure proceedings unjustly initiated against them, though, should know some legal tactics they can use to fight back against the process, whether they are actually behind on their mortgages or are the victim of a tragic mistake.

In most foreclosure cases, it would probably be best for the homeowners to hire an attorney to file any necessary paperwork with the courts. The main reason for considering this is that every state and county and court has its own rules of evidence and rules of procedure, and not following these rules can mean the homeowners’ paperwork is thrown out on some technicality, which would allow the bank to continue the unjust foreclosure. Getting the paperwork right and following the procedures correctly can mean the difference between winning and losing the case and winning and losing the home.

But one legal action may be getting an injunction against the bank for any further foreclosure proceedings until a hearing is scheduled to determine the merits of the case. This prevents the bank from trying to collect further payments, send representatives to drive by the house, send appraisers to determine a value, or ask the sheriff to change the locks. In effect, it protects the homeowners from further loss or harm during the legal process of foreclosure.

Also, filing a motion to dismiss the case for a failure to prosecute would be another tactic that could be used. The homeowners should take the paperwork they have that shows the loan was paid in full, including the final payment (either canceled check or confirmation number for online payment), or paperwork showing a repayment plan has been established and is current and speak with the judge presiding over the case. The judge can determine there is currently no legal basis for the proceedings and throw it out of court without it ever going to trial.

A final legal action is for the homeowners just to file an appropriate answer with the court to the lender’s complaint laying out the reason for the foreclosure proceedings in the first place. The judge will have to take into account the fact that the homeowners are claiming the loan has been paid on time or are working with the lender to resolve the situation and have submitted evidence to prove that point. But foreclosure proceedings can not be started against a homeowner who is paying the mortgage on time, regardless of how corrupt or incompetent the bank is acting. And many banks will simply keep going after the foreclosure, even if they have been shown there is no legitimate basis for it, so homeowners should be comfortable with having to answer the bank’s claims in front of a judge who can make a legal decision.

But again, these actions should be taken only if the homeowners understand the rules of the court. If they do not understand the rules, then they may want to hire an experienced attorney to file the paperwork for them, or to show them how it should be filed. Attorneys can be hired as “coaches,” in some cases, just giving advice on how to file motions and argue cases. That might be appropriate for some homeowners who wish to defend themselves in court, but can not afford the higher fees of having the lawyer take over the case completely.

The ForeclosureFish.com website provides homeowners with information and resources they can use to avoid foreclosure on their own. The main focus of the site is on education, and descriptions of nearly every method of saving a home is offered, from bankruptcy to stop foreclosure to foreclosure loans and repayment plans, among nearly a dozen others. How to meditate

There are many ways to meditate. You can learn to meditate following the instructions given below or search for other meditation techniques in a good book. But if you can, I advise you to look for a course in meditation under the guidance of an experienced teacher.

I must tell you that to get the true benefits of meditation you should practice it regularly. One meditation session is good, but its benefits are limited. As someone said: if you begin to meditate, you condemn yourself to meditate regularly during your whole life.

But let us start. Follow the next steps:

  1. Sit down in a comfortable position. Your back should be straight and your whole spine should be aligned. Your arms on your lap.
  2. Close your eyes and be quiet during 20 or 30 seconds.
  3. Relax your whole body, beginning with your head. Relax your forehead, your eyes and your mouth. Your face should be without any expression. Nobody could tell if you are happy, sad, worried, tense, etc. No expression at your face.
  4. Come down relaxing your neck, your shoulders. Your head is straight so you do not need to make any effort to support it.
  5. Now relax your arms. They should rest completely free on your lap. Your hands should be naturally open, your fingers loose.
  6. Check your chest. Make sure that there is no effort. Your belly is loose. Your respiration is free.
  7. Verify that your legs are loose and resting firmly on the ground. Your feet stand parallel in a comfortable position.
  8. If this is your first practice, say aloud: “I am”, “I am”, “I am”… Repeat this affirmation over and over. Lower your voice. Continue repeating it, but each time in a lower voice, until you repeat it just in your mind.
  9.  If you has meditate before you can start repeating the affirmation “I am” just in your mind.
  10. Continue repeating the affirmation during five to eight minutes. Avoid any other thought.
  11. Breathe slowly and naturally.
  12. Don’t worry about how well you are doing and don’t feel bad if thoughts or feelings intrude. Simply return to your repetition.
  13. After you finish the repetitions, breathe deeply for three times and stay with your eyes closed for two or three minutes more.
  14. Open slowly your eyes. You have finished.

Start with a few minutes and then increase you time gradually until fifteen or twenty minutes. You can practice twice a day. But, please, do not begin with much enthusiasm and forget about it in three or four days. Plan your days. If you can only meditate once a day, then meditate just once. It is preferable to meditate a few minutes daily than one hour once a week.

How do you sleep?

Something as natural as sleep has turned into a major problem for some people. The nightmare can go from insomnia to sleep apnea (not “sleep apnia” as it is sometimes wrongly written). In order to sleep some people go for natural sleep aids, other look for non-prescription sleep aids, while other get from their doctor prescription sleep aids. But even though you can have a good sleep for 8 hours, you can feel that you do not rest well. Next article give you some clues about how to get more energy from sleeping.

How to Create Energy From Nothing

By Kacper Postawski

A lot of people feel “tired”, and blame it on getting not enough sleep, or other external factors. Basically, the fact that they’re tired is always “out of control.” What they don’t know is that there’s a reason for feeling “tired”, and that there’s a simple method to change “tired” to “energized” in a heartbeat….

Most of us feel tired during one of the four:

1) After waking up in the morning.

2) After intense physical activity, or long hours of work.

3) After sitting in one place for a long period of time.

4) During the evening, or in the late evening hours.

What do all four of those have in common? There’s one very common process that happens in our bodies in all four cases. During all of these we all experience very similar “symptoms” of tiredness. These include yawning, rubbing our eyes, feeling sllooowww, and having the urge to just get into bed and sleep.

Why Do We Get These “Symptoms?”

Our bodies have a natural temperature rhythm. Our body temperature rises when we are awake, and promotes feelings of alertness. Our body temperature also falls when we’re sleeping, and promotes feelings of drowsiness, and a desire to sleep.

The natural DROP of body temperature in our bodies is a CUE for our body to produce feelings of tiredness, drowsiness, and the strong urge to sleep. I call this the “natural sleep response”. When we’re exercising, or putting excessive physical demand on our body, our body temperature RISES rapidly, however when you END the physical activity, there is a RAPID body temperature DROP until your body temperature regulates sometime after. It’s during this DROP that most of us think there’s no other way out but to sleep, and we usually jump into bed and do just that.

The feeling of the body temperature drop after long hours of work is usually mistaken by us as a deep need for sleep. In reality, we don’t need to sleep, we just need to “cool down”. Allow me to give you a personal example:

As a kid I used to work at a FULL SERVE gas station for 8-9 hours in a row. This meant I had to be on my feet running around pumping gas for 8-9 hours with one 10 minute break. It was hell! Even when I had the early morning shift I would come home and feel TOTALLY DRAINED and TIRED, I usually fell asleep and slept till the evening.

However, as I began learning the inner science of our sleep system and the inner sleep clock, I tried a little experiment one day. Instead of going to sleep I came home and played fetch with my dog out in the yard for about 45 minutes instead. To my surprise, after just a few minutes of a little light activity (throwing a plastic chewed up Frisbee across the backyard), the feeling of tiredness faded and I was able to stay awake and alert WAY into the early morning hours.

How did this work?

I simply allowed my body temperature some time to return back to the normal pattern it proceeds. I gave it time to “come down.” When it returned back to normal, I didn’t feel tired and the intense pressure to sleep faded.

This same body temperature drop happens after you sit in one place for a long time. Listen, you could take a person who is robust, athletic, and naturally energetic, but if you put them in front of a TV for 3 hours, THEY WILL GET TIRED! This is simply because our body temperature drops when we’re NOT MOVING.

That’s why the biggest antidote to feeling tired is exercise and movement, NOT SLEEP.

During the morning our body temperature is low too, which creates feelings of drowsiness and tiredness, however, most of us chose to mask this feeling by consuming large amounts of caffeine. The other main temperature drops happen in the afternoon, and in the mid-evening.

In the Powerful Sleep system I describe the EXACT methods to gain a full understanding of your body temperature rhythm, so you can create a quick RISE of body temperature in the morning, and delay the body temperature drop in the evening. This allows you to stay awake and ALERT longer, have more energy and MORE TIME (time is a precious commodity!)

Paying Less on Insurance

Today is impossible to live without hedging against the risk of contingent losses. You have to get an auto insurance, a life insurance, a health insurance, a motorcycle insurance, a home owners insurance, a renters insurance… even you can get a pet insurance.

A huge part of your income is spent on insurance. So it is good to look out for affordable alternatives. But, at the same time, you have to get a real protection. You should look for a serious insurance company.

A good place to search is Internet. You can type “auto insurance quotes” or “car insurance quotes”, “health insurance quotes”, “life insurance quotes” and so on to find different options and compare the online offers with the offline offers.

The following article can also be helpful.

Insurance - Take These Steps If You’re Serious About Paying Less
By Chimezirim Chinecherem Odimba

Everyone wants to spend less on insurance. That’s a fact. However, not everyone is ready to take the right steps towards paying the least possible for their profile. That’s another factor. I’ll show a few ways to cut down your costs but it will be totally up to you to make up of them or otherwise. Here we go…

1. Just like an HMO, a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) is usually cheaper than a traditional policy. This alternative is a little more expensive than an HMO but as well offers more options.

Check what you can afford and your needs and determine if this is a better choice than other plans. If cost is your main concern, you’ll almost always make more savings by making use of a PPO instead of purchasing traditional health insurance.

2. A number of states provide home business owners a chance to bring down their health insurance rates. This is because home based businesses enjoy the same cheap rates that insurers give their larger counterparts. And all it takes for your home business to be eligible is just one employee.

You can have your wife/husband or older kid work as an employee. You will still qualify for such group rates if such an employee works only part time.

Group rates are usually cheaper so ensure that you take advantage of this if you are a home business owner.

To find out if you are eligible or even if your state has such a provision, call your state’s department of insurance, department of financial services or their equivalent.

3. You’ll pay less if you have the right information. People who have the right information on health care and insurance are in a position to land better offers. You need a certain level of knowledge for you to see opportunities and as well know how to take them.

You can get help on health-related issues from government agencies by calling their number toll-free. Call the National Health Information Center at 1-800-336-4797 to if you want to make more inquiries.

4. Take it or not, the way you drive can also have a negative effect on your life and health insurance rates and not just your auto insurance policy only. Rough driving charges and other traffic offenses can seriously increase your premium. Any person who drives recklessly might make a claim shortly as they are more likely to need medical attention.
